Questions we’re often asked
Do I need an appointment?
No. Drop in any time between 12:00pm and 2:00pm on either day. Reserving just means we know to expect you and can greet you by name.
Can I bring my partner, family or a friend?
Absolutely — the more the merrier. If you let us know roughly how many are coming when you reserve, we will have enough of everything on the day.
What actually happens on the day?
A relaxed walk-through. You will see the ceremony spaces, the gardens and the reception hall, talk through dates and packages, and ask anything you like. No presentation, no pressure.
Is there parking and is the site accessible?
Yes — there is parking on site, with step-free access to the main areas. If you have specific accessibility needs, mention it when you reserve or email us and we will plan for it.
Do I need to be ready to book?
Not at all. Plenty of guests come simply to see the estate in person — some book on the day, others come back a year later. Either is completely fine.
